ME3240 Schmitt 40 Liter German Fermenting Crock Pot is an rugged fermentation pot , manufactured in Germany by Nik Schmitt. The 40 Liter construction and design carries a slightly different look from other Schmitt pots simply because of its size required the design change.

This traditional Fermenting Crock Pot is ideal for approximately every type of veggies like cabbage, pumpkin, cucumber, carrots, and more. Stoneware doesn't necessitate special storage or care and is neutral for all fermented vegetables.
