Harvest Essentials does not currently collect sales tax in any state outside of CA. We do collect sales tax for all shipments to CA as our third party fulfillment center is located in CA.
Free Shipping Promotion: We offer FREE Ground shipping (reflected as FedEx Ground in shopping cart) on orders with a shopping cart Subtotal over $89 to destinations in the 48 contiguous United States. The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military addresses and ALL PO Boxes (FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes), or Oversize, Freight shipment (overweight), Air Express shipments, and International shipments.
To determine your shipping costs, please add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to the first checkout page, enter your address, select your shipping method, and click on continue to see your shipping costs. Costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and package dimensions.
Overweight and oversize items that do not qualify for our FREE Shipping
offer will be noted with the item below the "add to cart" button, and
shipping will show up as an additional cost in the shopping cart.
Please note: Harvest Essentials reserves the right to ship orders under its Free Shipping Promotion by the lowest cost method to the customer location. This includes FedEx, UPS, and the USPS. Also note that should the FedEx system be unavailable at the time of shipping the order, the order may ship via another carrier by default. Please also note for your protection, Harvest Essentials may require a signature upon delivery based on item value.
We do our best to ship orders received by noon on weekdays on the same day and no later than the next business day. Number of delivery days does not include the day of shipment, holidays, or weekends.
Product Inspection Upon Receipt:
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it immediately for its
condition and completeness. If there is any damage from shipping or anything
missing, please notify us within 3 days of its receipt so that we may help
initiate a damage claim or have the missing item[s] shipped to you right
away. After 3 days we assume your order has been received as acceptable and
the manufacturers warranty shall apply.
IMPORTANT: For in stock items, A business day is Monday - Friday.
For Example, If you order an in stock item on Saturday or Sunday, your order
will be processed and shipped on Monday, making Tuesday the first business
day. FedEx guarantees their delivery times, and we like companies who stand
behind their guarantees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IMPORTANT! All appliances offered on Harvest Essentials are 110V models unless otherwise offered as an option. If you need a voltage other than 110V and it is not listed as an option, then it is likely unavailable or we are unable to offer the option due to territory restrictions. International orders may be subject to border taxes (e.g. customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc.) payable prior to retrieving your package in accordance with local laws in your country. Additionally, FedEx often charges an "Clearance Fee" for processing your package through customs (note: to avoid Clearance Fees, you can select US Mail Priority International as your shipping option). Harvest Essentials is not able to know in advance whether any taxes or fees will be applicable to your package at the time of delivery or at what amount such taxes or fees may be.
Harvest Essentials is not responsible for any arbitrage fees or taxes you may be required to pay to accept your package. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.
