| Product Description:
Traditionally used to make blood sausage and sopressata. By its very nature they have a strong odor and should be rinsed well before using. Will make between 100 to 125 lbs. of sausage. When refrigerated, packed liberally in purified salt, they have an indefinite shelf life. Un-refrigerated, these salted casings quickly begin to give off a strong odor even though they are not spoiled. Put them back under refrigeration and this odor for the most part subsides.
