Shipping Rates: We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders over $89 to destination in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs apply to Air Express shipments, International shipments, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and US Military addresses. To determine your shipping costs, please add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to the first checkout page, enter your address, select your shipping method, and click on continue to see your shipping costs. Costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and package dimensions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IMPORTANT! International orders may be subject to border taxes (e.g. customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc.) payable prior to retrieving your package in accordance with local laws in your country. Additionally, UPS often charges an "Arbitrage Fee" for processing your package through customs (note: to avoid Arbitrage Fees, you can select US Mail Global Express as your shipping option). Harvest Essentials is not able to know in advance whether any taxes or fees will be applicable to your package at the time of delivery or at what amount such taxes or fees may be. Harvest Essentials is not responsible for any arbitrage fees or taxes you may be required to pay to accept your package. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any dutes/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.
Sales tax must be added to orders shipped to destinations within the state of Utah only. We are not required to collect sales tax on shipments outside of Utah.
We would be pleased to accept your check or money order as a form of payment and request that you either calculate shipping charges and applicable sales tax (Utah only) by entering your shipping information online (simply initiate the checkout process with your item[s] in the shopping cart and our automated system will calculate all pertinent charges for you), or call us (toll free) at 1-877-759-3758 (9am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri) to obtain a grand total for your money order.

Our Return Policy Is Simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. (In the case of backordered items you have 30 days from receipt of mechandise.) There is a 15% restocking fee on all acceptable returns. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, we will also refuse to accept this as a valid return. Please remember, you must receive a Return Authorization number on all returns. All unauthorized packages will be refused.
Here's how to Return Something:
Step 1: Obtain RMA
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting a Customer Care Representative by telephone or email. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the return shipping label. Please do not write anything on the box. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to you. We will only provide an RMA number for items that are new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. RMA numbers will not be issued for items that have come into contact with food or that do not have all the original materials and packaging.
Step 2: Return Address
Many of our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse and the return address will vary. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time you request and RMA.
Step 3: Return Shipping
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Harvest Essentials warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.
Step 4: Refund
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase minus the applicable return fees once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 1-3 weeks from the time we receive the returned product to receive your refund check from Harvest Essentials.
Refusing shipment on your order is not the proper way to cancel an order and will significantly delay refund or credit, and you will incur expenses needlessly. The reason for this is that many of our items are direct shipped from the manufacturer, and if you refuse shipment it will go back to them and not to us. It may take the manufacturer up to a month to notify us that they received your order back, so that we can refund you. If you refuse shipment, and the item goes back to the manufacturer, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee just like a return, as well as any return shipping charges that the carrier charges to us.
Harvest Essentials hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Harvest Essentials in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by Harvest Essentials until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
For all prices and products, Harvest Essentials reserves the right to make adjustments, substitutions, or cancellations due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
