Shipping Rates: We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping (Standard Ground in shopping cart) on orders over $89 to destinations in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs apply to Oversize, Freight shipment (overweight), Air Express shipments, International shipments, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military addresses and ALL PO Boxes. To determine your shipping costs, please add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to the first checkout page, enter your address, select your shipping method, and click on continue to see your shipping costs. Costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and package dimensions.
Overweight and oversize items that do not qualify for our FREE Shipping
offer will be noted with the item below the "add to cart" button, and
shipping will show up as an additional cost in the shopping cart.
Delivery Time:
We do our best to ship orders received by noon on weekdays on the same day and no later than the next business day. Number of delivery days does not include the day of shipment, holidays, or weekends.
Product Inspection Upon Receipt:
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it immediately for its
condition and completeness. If there is any damage from shipping or anything
missing, please notify us within 3 days of its receipt so that we may help
initiate a damage claim or have the missing item[s] shipped to you right
away. After 3 days we assume your order has been received as acceptable and
the manufacturers warranty shall apply.
IMPORTANT: For in stock items, A business day is Monday – Friday.
For Example, If you order an in stock item on Saturday or Sunday, your order
will be processed and shipped on Monday, making Tuesday the first business
day. UPS guarantees their delivery times, and we like companies who stand
behind their guarantees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IMPORTANT! All appliances offered on Harvest Essentials are 110V models unless otherwise offered as an option. If you need a voltage other than 110V and it is not listed as an option, then it is likely unavailable or we are unable to offer the option due to territory restrictions. International orders may be subject to border taxes (e.g. customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc.) payable prior to retrieving your package in accordance with local laws in your country. Additionally, UPS often charges an "Arbitrage Fee" for processing your package through customs (note: to avoid Arbitrage Fees, you can select US Mail Priority International as your shipping option). Harvest Essentials is not able to know in advance whether any taxes or fees will be applicable to your package at the time of delivery or at what amount such taxes or fees may be. Harvest Essentials is not responsible for any arbitrage fees or taxes you may be required to pay to accept your package. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.
Sales tax must be added to orders shipped to destinations within California only, due to our primary fulfillment center being located within the state. We are not required to collect sales tax on shipments outside of California.
We would be pleased to accept your cashiers check or money order as a form of payment and request that you either calculate shipping charges and applicable sales tax (California only) by entering your shipping information online (simply initiate the checkout process with your item[s] in the shopping cart and our automated system will calculate all pertinent charges for you), or call us (toll free) at 1-877-759-3758 (9am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri) to obtain a grand total.

Our Return Policy Is Simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item has not been
used and includes all of its original packaging, the product
may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. (In the case of
backordered items you have 30 days from receipt of merchandise).
There is a 15% restocking fee on all acceptable returns.
Any expedited or international shipping fees associated with the original shipment to the customer are
non-refundable. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner,
or any parts from the original shipment are missing, we will be unable to accept
this as a valid return. Please remember, you must receive a Return Authorization
number on all returns. All unauthorized packages will be refused. Please note,
on certain Commercial Grade products, we do not offer any return policy as the
product is highly specialized and customized to the customer specifications.
Here's how to Return Something:
Step 1: Obtain RMA
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting a Customer Care Representative by telephone or email. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the return shipping label. Please do not write anything on the box. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to you. We will only provide an RMA number for items that are new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. RMA numbers will not be issued for items that have come into contact with food or that do not have all the original materials and packaging.
Step 2: Return Address
Many of our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse and the return address will vary. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time you request and RMA.
Step 3: Return Shipping
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Harvest Essentials warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.
Insurance on your return package is recommended as Harvest Essentials is not
responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
Step 4: Refund
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase minus the applicable return fees once the product has been received. If you paid with a cashier's check or money order, allow 1-3 weeks from the time we receive the returned product to receive your refund check from Harvest Essentials.
Refusing shipment on your order is not the proper way to cancel an order and will significantly delay refund or credit, and you will incur expenses needlessly. The reason for this is that many of our items are direct shipped from the manufacturer or our fulfillment center, and if you refuse shipment it will go back to them and not to us. It may take up to a month for Harvest Essentials to be notified that they received your order back, so that we can refund you. If you refuse shipment, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee just like a return, as well as any return shipping charges that the carrier charges to us.
Harvest Essentials hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Harvest Essentials in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by Harvest Essentials until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
For all prices and products, Harvest Essentials reserves the right to make adjustments, substitutions, or cancellations due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Harvest Essentials is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
