| Product Description:
These casings are most popular for semi-dry cure bologna, thuringer, cappicola and mortadella. No refrigeration required. Store at room temperature. Casings are soaked in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt before use. One 24" casing will holds 7-8 lbs of raw finished product, do not overstuff. - 24" long.
